Ljungby Conference & Restaurant is growing and developing rapidly. We are now looking for a head chef who wants to step in as a clear team leader while also being an integral part of the team.

Every week we deliver everything from daily lunches to conferences, larger events, and Troja's home games. This requires interaction, communication, and a team that supports each other. For us, variety, energy, and quality are part of everyday life, and success is always a result of the team's efforts.

Your role

You lead the kitchen and set the standard for quality, structure, and joy at work. You work operationally in the operations and are a present and clear leader for the team. You are responsible for purchasing ingredients, cost control, budget, and financial follow-up, as well as driving menu development and concepts forward. You have a clear financial responsibility for the kitchen's results and actively work with profitability, waste control, and efficient planning. You distribute the work, develop the staff, and ensure that the kitchen delivers high quality whether it concerns daily lunches, conferences, or matches and events.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience leading a kitchen

Is driven, business-minded, and solution-oriented

Has a good understanding of finance and result responsibility

Experience in financial responsibility is clearly meritorious

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and sees opportunities in change

Is a natural team player who helps people grow

Is flexible as both day, evening, and weekend work is required

You will become part of an engaged team of six people where the ambition is high and the desire to develop even higher.
